Mark Richardson is the owner and operator of the M.K. Richardson Agency. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He holds a property and casualty producers license, a surplus lines license, and a brokers license. In addition, Mark has obtained his ACSR dual designation (Accredited Customer Service Representative, Personal and Commercial Lines) and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative). Mark’s expertise is in the Commercial Lines area. Mark attended Norwich University in Northfield, VT in the Accounting & Business Management program.
Sherri has been in the insurance industry since 2001. She currently holds her Vermont Property & Casualty Producer License. In addition, Sherri has recently obtained her CISR designation (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and and is currently working toward her ACSR designation (Accredited Client Service Representative). She attended the Community College of Vermont in the Business Administration program.
Heather L. Comstock, Agency Operations Manager, ACSR
Heather holds her Vermont Property and Casualty Producers License and ACSR designation (Accredited Client Service Representative). Heather is responsible for insurance sales and policy maintenance. Heather attended Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont for Business Administration and Management. She has been in the insurance industry since 2000, joining the M.K. Richardson Agency team in 2002.
